Parse error keeping me from accessing site

I’m not so much having trouble with the “parse error” as I am with the fact that it is preventing me from accessing my site, either the main site or backdoor through wp-admin. Every time I try to log on to my site: http://www.philipanselmo.com, I get the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home2/panselmo/public_html/wp-content/themes/catch-everest/functions.php on line 124

This happened when I went into the function.php to insert some code for a portfolio page. I’m definitely an amateur but pretty sure I didn’t even touch any of the code near line 124.

I’m sure I can solve the problem, if only I could get back into my Editor.
