• Hello,

Today I have been editing “grey opaque” theme trying to solve problem of little importance, later updated to WP 3.3.1, and suddenly I was blocked out and now can’t even go into the log-in page of my site “http://asesu.lt/wp-admin/” as I get this error:

“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home/teatromokykla/domains/asesu.lt/public_html/wp-content/themes/grey-opaque/functions.php on line 956″

Would apreciate any help, because I have spent all day tryng to solve this. Been trying to connect via FileZilla Client, but without success (I’m not even sure if it is possible for my situation).

  • Using ftp or by signing in to your hosted account and using whatever file manager they have, change the name of the grey-opaque to xgrey-opaque. This will force the site to open with the default theme.

As I said, FTP won’t work.

    How do I do that?
I can’t sign in to my WordPress account, if you meant that.

Where is your database? That is with your host. You have an account somewhere with BigDaddy or Dot5 or someone. That site will also give you ftp information. FTP will work – you have to have the proper address, login and password. More than likely it is what you log into your hosted account with.

If you have a wordpress.COM account and your site is hosted by them then you are in the wrong place and need to go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/
