Parse error: syntax error, Glossy Red theme

    I loaded a new theme Glossy Red and then I pasted code into my site tattoositesblog.com and this message appeared. Now i have ZERO access to remove it or change it?

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/greenlea/public_html/wp-content/themes/glossyred/includes/revo-sidebar.php on line 17

    Can anyone help please?
