this is what pops up on a blank white screen when i try to access either my domain or my domain wp-admin
So that’s a problem with your theme – you’ll need to deactivate it using FTP or Cpanel to change the name on that theme folder –
wp-content
themes
heatmap-adaptive.HOLD
Then try reinstalling it and/or ask in the theme’s forum:

Have you added anything to that line or the line above. It’s likely a small syntax error

I was trying to add a meta tag for majestic seo. this happened immediately afterwards, so i went back and undid it but that didnt work.
Yep, once you mess up the file, the site is down – you need to deactivate it via FTP. Or download a new copy of the theme to your local computer and replace that file on the server.
BTW, you should not modify theme files except in a child theme
