Yourhitchcock theme seems o be the error.

Repair or replace this file: /wp-content/themes/hitchcock/functions.php

If you need immediate access to your dashboard, access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding "-old" to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.). That will force your site to use it.

on the dashboard it now says ‘Your site is running an outdated version of PHP that is no longer supported and may cause issues with WPForms. Read more for additional information.

Please Note: After April 2018, WPForms will be deactivated if not further action is taken.’

looks like i’ll have to contact my host provider
