Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in taxonomy.php

    I get the following error after I attempt to install

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in D:\WWW\mywebsitlegacy.com\wwwroot\blog\wp-includes\taxonomy.php on line 2020

    Any Ideas before I start tracing the install code?

    I got a Parse error too, when I attempted to go to wp-admin/upgrade.php.

    Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/4/4/9/1920/1920/public_html/blog/wp-config.php on line 14

    This is after I put the “secret key” in the config. file as the sample config.php file said to do. I didn’t do anything with wp-includes/languages because I don’t have the file.

    I am going to reload wp-admin and wp-includes and see if that clears it up.
