Thanks for your review and message! About an hour after you posted here, our developers were able to push a fix to resolve an issue similar error you were seeing. Would you mind updating the plugin and trying again?
There’s a support thread that was started for this issue here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/fatal-error-2382/ If for some reason the plugin is still returning that error, mind re-opening that thread with some information about your site? Specifically:
– The version of PHP being used
– A link to the site
– The version of the plugin being used
– The specific error being returned
Again, you should be good after updating the plugin, but I’ll be happy to help you out in the other thread if not 🙂
