Partial point spending? And Help with lightbox positioning.

    My first question, is do you, or do you plan to in the future, have a feature for partial point spending upon checkout? I haven’t been able to find that yet if so. I do love this plugin though and it has worked very well for us.

    My second question, is there a way you guys can help me with having the page always scroll to where the lightbox is when it pops up? Sometimes it pops up lower on the page and the background has a dark overlay, but on mobile for instance, you have to scroll down quite a bit to get to it and I think some people might think it’s not working. Either that, or get the lightbox to always show right where the page is at. Thank you in advance and again, best rewards plugin out there in my opinion!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We do currently have the ‘Pay by points’ feature and Yes, we will enhance it to allow for ‘Partial’ control- It is definitely on our roadmap.

    Re your pop up question- We are unable to replicate the issue. That said, you can customize the appearance by going to Gratisfaction admin–> widgets–> and click on the pop-up section. If the issue continues, can you kindly send an email to [email protected] – Our team actively monitors this email address and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

    Also, currently, you have the widget hidden- We recommend activating this.

    You could not replicate the pop up scrolling problem because I fixed it with some custom css, not allowing the page to scroll. But for your reference, when you click on a link to pop up the lightbox, the page automatically is scrolled to the top, even if the lightbox pops up halfway down the page, so normally people have to scroll to find it!

    Awesome, I would love to be able to give my customers that feature, partial points spending. Thank you!

    Hi @blisscglm

    We have released restrictions on pay by points on checkout for your customers. Now you can restrict your customers on spending partially on a cart checkout where we have provided two options as a control –

    1. Fixed – Minimum Points per checkout and Maximum points per checkout – Here if you set the Maximum as 50, then the customer cannot redeem more than 50 points on each checkout.

    2. Percentage – Percent of cart sub-total – Here if you set a percentage of 50 then customers cannot redeem points on checkout more than 50% of the subtotal.
    This will allow you to control how much the customers can redeem points on each checkout.
