How do I show partial posts instead of full posts on my blog? Just thinking perhaps it would be better to have just a few paragraphs of each article and then reader can click to read more.

Have a look at using

the_excerpt();

instead of

the_content();

Thanks i read it but still don’t understand. I tried placing this code <?php the_excerpt(); ?> into the html when publishing a post put it still appears the same.
