    I’m trying to initiate a partial refund.

    Klarna Order Management displays the following:

    Klarna Environment: Production
    Order Status: Captured
    Initial Payment Method: Pay Later

    The order was marked as completed and shipped.

    However, when I click on “Refund”, enter the desired amount, and confirm via the “Refund over Klarna for WordPress” button, I receive a message stating that the order has not been captured and therefore cannot be refunded.

    Klarna version 4.1.3
    Order management version 1.9.8

    Thank you for raising this. Can I confirm you have completed capture and refund as described here: https://docs.krokedil.com/additional-klarna-plugins/klarna-order-management/#capture-an-order. If you are willing to share an order_id and perhaps screenshots over email to [email protected] that would be great as well to avoid exposing any personal information here on this forum.

    Yes, if a refund has been done in the Klarna merchant portal already, it can not be refunded also in Woo in a way where it gets re-refunded by Klarna. I am taking a look at the order but it would seem to me the order was not captured, why refunding does not work. Was the capture done in the Klarna merchant portal and hence also outside Woo?
