Partial Refund Problem

    I saw an old thread noting issues with refunds, but it didn’t make sense to me because my transactions are set to AUTH_CAPTURE. I tried to initiate a partial refund, but the transaction was then changed to cancelled. Does the plugin support partial refunds?

    The transaction was already approved using AUTH_CAPTURE and was in processing mode in WooCommerce. After attempting the refund, is was “approved” using VOID and marked as cancelled in WooCommerce.

    Partial Refunds only occur after settlement of funds

    Settlement takes place once per night

    If the transaction is authorized & captured but not settled yet and you issue a partial refund that causes void from authorize.net so

    Logically if payment was void order should be marked cancelled

    You will have to issue partial refund next day after settlement ( settlement occurs once at midnight maybe )
