    can this plugin be used on wordpress to pass msclkid (ms ads) parameter between domains? In other words, grab an existing msclkid parameter and add it to any outbound links?

    Will this interfere with google conversion linker that passes gclid?

    Not the free version because free version only tracks main utm_ params. But V3 can do that. And it would not interferer with Google Conversion Linker
