Pass-Through Redirect Issue

Hello!

We are using your plugin on a client site, and the 301’s work great! They just tried to make a pass-through redirect, however, and can’t seem to get it to work. I know they work a little differently, so could possibly be affected by caching. We use some pretty hardcore caches (w3 and cloudflare) so I cleared those to make sure that wasn’t the issue.
