i’m embarrassed to ask for help. i have no coding skills, but managed to build a simple website using the OnePress theme. i want to protect the ‘members only’ page.

i generated this subcode: [passster password=”1234@Sewing”]Your content here[/passster]

    i have 2 questions:
    1. i don’t know what to put in ‘your content here’
    2. once i get the right subcode, how & where do i load this onto the website?

here’s a link to the site in wordpress: http://asgrichmond.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=33&action=edit

  • Hey @asgrich,

    thanks for your message.

    1) You put in the content, which you want to protect between [passster password=”XXX”] and [/passster].

    2) An example (from your page) would be:
[passster password=”XXX”]Visit the ASG national website to join, purchase a membership as a gift, or renew a membership. With every membership, you are “advancing sewing as an art and a life skill”—the motto of the ASG![/passster].

    Best regards,
    Patrick
