    Hi there,

your plugin is not active as of this afternoon, but now I see loads of 404 errors. I enclose a link from the 404 report. I have several hundred of them. Here is a screenshot of the report:

Previously I had a lot of 404 originating from phantom webp images. Not sure where the came from, but when I tried removing your plugin those errors went, but now I have the passthru issue.

I have not done anything, really, but here we are.

I have already cleared the cache, but no effect – I have read the other thread about this issue. In that thread you talk about htaccess, but I am not sure what one is supposed to do.

Anyway, apologies for the garbled message.

In case it is relevant, I have

Elementor, Imagify, RankMath, WP Rocket, plus some other stuff that shouldn’t matter…

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @arka1,

    Thank you for your message.

Why are you using Pass Thru mode?

The recommended setting is the mode of uploading images as via .htaccess. Please set this value and it will work best.

    Best, Mateusz

    hi,

I am not. I don’t even know what it is. Your plugin now is not active either.

what do you mean “upload with htaccess”?

    thanks.

@arka1 Not “upload with htaccess”, just activate “via .htaccess” value in “Image loading mode” field in plugin settings, advanced settings section.
