Hello, I’m trying to figure out how to configure the plugin. I made several tests and also followed your guide regarding cookies and caching. The plugin works only in English language while, in all other languages, my password protected pages are not opened.

If I access to a english page and insert the password I can see the content. If I access to the same page, switch the language and try to insert the password, it doesn’t work.

    Thank you

    Hi @walkingcap ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you better, could you please:

    • Provide us with a sample protected page and a test password for us to review (for both the English page and the page in the other language).
    • Which translation plugin are you using?

It’s also possible that the passwords for the English page and the other language page are different. Could you kindly check the backend to confirm the passwords for both pages?

    Awaiting your reply.

Hello, at the moment I can’t activate the plugin as the site is live and the problem at page access would put me in trouble (access to these pages is a product that people buy).

I am using the standard wordpress feature for passwords and have temporarily disabled the plugin.

The translations plugin is TranslatePress PRO.

    Hi @walkingcap ,

We have created a demo page using the TranslatePress plugin. Could you please check if it works on your end? We have set the main language to English and Japanese as the secondary language. The password successfully unlocks the protected form in both languages without any issues.

This issue might be related to caching or a potential conflict. It would be great if you could create a staging site so that we can investigate the issue further.

    Awaiting your reply.
