Situation send to oxygen support: Hey,

So i used based on your recommendation for month the plugin Passster to create protected areas via a Shortcdoe wrapper. It seems something changed and it does not work anymore. When i tpe in the passtword i receive its wrong when it worked before.

So my question is did something change in the recent version whcih does not allow you to make it happen anymore?

I saw it does now support protected areas and you drop in the content there. But when i do this and add a shortcode with this area on the side the content wont be shown.

Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue related to the latest release of Passster (v3.5.3). I tested on one of our Sandbox Sites and confirms that everything works as expected with Oxygen v3.8.1 and Passster v3.3.9. Please reach out to that plugin’s author to see if they can identify what the issue may be.

So is there anything you can say about it and help me to solve it please?

  • Hey @cr33py,

could you please check today’s update?

It includes a fix for the “Reload after successful validation” setting. The validation returned false if the old shortcode was used within a Pagebuilder environment as it could not unlock the content correctly after the reload.

    Dear Patrick,

thank you for the quick response, I tried the new update and it loops me now back to the password entering page after entering the correct password.

I had same issues back than, and not gonna fix this problem since only one user that has trouble with oxygen.
