Password can not be reset

    I can not reset the password for my member when I click on the forgot password link. Please help me . Thank you

    Hi @vantuancnc,

    Could you please go to Ultimate Member->Settings->Setup and see if your password reset page is setup correctly. If its setup correctly, this may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi there,

    we are having the same problem with the English translation of the password reset page. The German one (default language) works.

    Can you please give me a hint on how to set up the password reset page correctly for the translation if I have a second language using WPML? We are using UM 2.0.
