Password column not working

Hello, I have problems with the user_pass column
By setting a specific password for new and old users, import it does not apply.
When I create users manually and export them, they password appear encoded (such as “$BlVsK.7kfb8CF4yleltOAc/0.ynP1s0”) but I want to give them a password like “mypassword003” but this is not saved when import and users cannot enter.
