Password complexity

    I need to be able to enforce password complexity requirements (minimum length, special character, number, upper/lowecase). I’ve installed a couple of different password plugins that have no effect; users can reset their passwords to 12345 if they want. Is there any compatible third party plugins or updates that could offer password complexity options?
