• I seem to be receiving notifications of password resets much more often than I would expect. Also, when I first set up the PMP Plug-in, and again when I tested it yesterday, sometimes, on the second login I would be told my username or password was incorrect, when it definitely was NOT. This has happened numerous times to me and now I’m thinking it’s happening to my clients.

    When forced to reset the password, I’m required to set a very difficult one, which is not my preference. I don’t have the secondary password plug-in installed. How can I lower the level of password difficulty required?

    I’d like to know this and also what could be going wrong when correct log in information is being entered but occasionally not being accepted?
