Password doesnt work

    I have added a new installation, the site is working and live and the wp-admin comes up, my username is correct but the password I enter is wrong and when I get them to email me a new one, nothing comes through even though I am using the correct email address, Have been having this since last night, it is driving me nuts!! just want to get started with my site, any ideas on how to reset this.

    Who is “them”? If you’re referring to your host provider, there’s not much anyone can do here. You may have to simply call them to clear it up.

    sorry, I meant when I try and enter the password into the wp-admin page, it then gives you the option to reset it, so by “them” I mean wordpress

    Unlike many other sites, the username here is case-sensitive. See if that works.
