Password field does not appear

Hello there,
you need to go and add user on the individual site, not network wide.

So for example this is correct:
http://localhost/dev/wp-admin/user-new.php

This is incorrect:
http://localhost/dev/wp-admin/network/user-new.php

All sites shares the same database of users so if you create one in a single site, you will also see him in the global list of users.
