Hi,

I have followed the guide and could sync the courses to my WooCommerce page.
But when I buy a course, the email I get has the password field blank.

Also, the user is not created in Moodle. I have installed the Moodle enrollment plugin, enabled web services, enabled rest protocol, enabled MooWoodle, created a webservice with the 6 functions…

My WordPress version is 5.7.4, in the plugin details it says its compatible up to 5.6, could this be it?

When setting up the product, I don’t have to do anything besides select the course from the dropdown right? does the course have to have a specific course ID?

Hi @uidigoras, first of all please make sure that you have followed our updated document : https://dualcube.com/docs-category/moowoodle/

As you can see we didn’t face any such issue.

Now even if following the document you are facing this issue, there might be some plugin conflict. Just to be sure disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and Moowoodle and check again.
