    Try clearing your cookies and logging in fresh. Tell me if that solves it.

    Also, the password data is shared between both plugins and support (and everything else), so I’m not quite sure how an old password would continue to work there.

    Update: Just noticed this was 3 days old. Did the problem go away? We have had some memcache issues recently, so it’s possible that the userdata was being pulled from cache or that the cache was being worked on at the time.
