Password no longer working

Hi – For the last several months at least once a month I have to reset my password to access our Admin acct. Normally, this is nothing more than a slight irritation. However, this time I am not receiving the email to reset my password! There is no way for me to log in. I would like to find out why this keeps happening every month, but even more why I suddenly can’t get in at all. Any help you can provide is greatly apprciated!
