Hi, can you provide more information about your issue. For example: Are you saying that when you enable our plugin it does what you mentioned above? If so, what features of our plugin have you enabled? There might be a conflict with one of your other plugins or your theme.
You might like to carry out a plugin and theme conflict troubleshooting test.
Kind regards
Yes, exactly.

There are posts or pages on my site that are closed by the built-in WordPress feature to protect content with a password
Have you carried out a plugin and theme test as I suggested above?
There might be a feature in our plugin that is conflicting with your protected pages content. You might want to carry out a test. Start by deactivating all Firewall Rules, then carry out a test. If the password protected content work, then you know that one of the Firewall feature is conflicting. Start enabling one by one the Firewall features and at the same time carrying out a test. Do this until you come across the feature that is conflicting in your site.
Kind regards

Hi, it looks like we are getting close to finding out what is causing your issue.
Can you the following? Disable all Firewall Rules, then carry out a test. If there is no more issues, that means that one of the Firewall rules is causing this problem in your site.
Regards

Hi, I just finished carrying out a test in my dev site locally. I enabled all Firewall rules before I began the test. I then added a password protected post. I went to a different browser and entered the password to view the content of the post and I was able to read the content. So, I can confirm that this worked for me. I carried out this test using the latest version of Firefox browser.
My server specs:
PHP Version : 7.2.8
MySQL Version : 5.5.5
Plugin Version : 4.3.9.2
WP Version : 5.2Kind regards
The problem is that the error after the wrong password, if the password is correct – then all is well :)))
