Password Protect Plugin

I need a Password Protect plugin for pages with a few features:

I need a way to have someone enter a password that is a certain number of digits, while not necessarily needing an exact number.

I need visitors to the site to put in any 7 digit password for one page and also a 12 digit password for another page. The possible passwords are not known. Each visitor to the site will have a unique liquor license number that it is pretty much impossible for me to know so we are only requiring that they enter a password with a certain amount of digits (7 for one page and 12 for another page).

It is a beer distributor site btw. That may help to understand why it only needs to be a certain amount of digits – not a specific password. I will never know when new liquor stores open and I will not have the ability to track all of their license numbers.

Also, I need a way to change the password message on separate pages? The message above and below the password field needs to be different for different pages. With the standard WordPress password feature this is not possible. This feature is not as important as the above feature.

Does anyone know of a plugin that will do these things?
