Password Protected Feature Not Working

Hello,
I’m trying to use the “Password Protected” visibility feature when creating a new page.
The feature is not working as intended because when I go into that page without logging in I’m still seeing the entire content of the page instead of it asking for a password.
I switch to another theme – Twenty Seventeen – and it worked as intended, so I believe this is a theme issue?Thanks in advance,

I tried this on my end but it is working properly, here are my sample post and page
- https://backend.ai.wpstaging.net/2020/10/27/hello-world/
- https://backend.ai.wpstaging.net/sample-page/
You could access the page by this password – 1234.
I would like to ask if you try to disable your plugins or if you’re using a child theme?
