• Resolved WP Turned UP

    (@wpturnedup)

Hello. Tried to do the auto migration but it appears to be blocked if the receiving website is password-protected by the host. No worries.

I backed up and downloaded the files locally. There are 2 parts/files.

After uploading Part 1, I’m not sure what to do next. When trying to upload Part 2, immediately after, it says the below.

“The uploading backup already exists in Backups list”

    Thanks!

    Hello @wpturnedup

    1.

Tried to do the auto migration but it appears to be blocked if the receiving website is password-protected by the host. No worries.

That’s right. To migrate to a password-protected website, it’s recommended to use the ‘manual transfer’ option.

    2.

After uploading Part 1, I’m not sure what to do next.

Please try to select and upload all the parts at once.

    Kind Regards,

Hi. I removed the partial download and then tried uploading again, choosing both partial backup files at once.

After letting it sit for about 10 minutes, there was no sign of progress happening and I didn’t see a way to cancel the operation.

After deactivating the plugin, activating it, and trying again, everything progressed as expected.

I think a cancel button would be useful.

Good to go, but wanted to pass along what I was seeing.

    Thanks!

    Hey @wpturnedup

Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.

We are going to add an option to cancel upload in the next few releases.

    Stay tuned,

    All the best,
