Password request not working

Hi there, i have forgotten the password for my website. When i try to recover i do get the reset link allright. However it is not working. I get the error message your link seems to have expired. When i check the time stamp it says in the middle of the night, say 02.36 while time at my place is 11:45 something like that. Could the time be an issue? for European users?
