Password Reset

I’m having issues…..

I am unable to login to my website because I forgot my password… So, when I select “Forgot Password” I am redirected to a screen that says “disabled”. My boss and I logged in with her account and tried to edit my settings. But, there isn’t an option to create a new password on the “Users Your Profile Screen”…. The box to enter and re-enter a new password were not displayed….! We even tried deleting my user and creating a new one, but there still wasn’t the option to add a password.

THEN…

I thought I’d check out the forum. So, I tried to login to this website to post on the forum. I tried to create an account and it said my email address was already in use. So, I selected forgot my password. A new one was emailed to me and I was able to login to the forum to post (still not able to login to my site). After I did that, my boss (the other admin for the site) was not able to login using her username/password. How could this have changed her username password??? We even tried the new password that was emailed to me.

Can someone offer an explanation to this and help me out PLEASE!!!!!???
