Password Reset

    Hi there, I am having issues with the password reset for my client’s site. I am using ARMember Lite, and when I go through the “forgot password” and put my email in, I never receive anything in my email. I’ve looked through the spam inbox and other various places where emails may be delivered, but nothing comes. I was able to confirm with WordPress too, that nothing is being sent via their servers to my email address.

    Hello,

    Please try with the “SMTP Server” option which ARMember Lite provides from ARMember Lite -> General Settings page at “Email Settings” section. If you don’t have SMTP details then please request to your hosting provider.

    If still fails then kindly ask the hosting provider to check the email queue. This issue seems not from ARMember Lite.
