    Hi Team,

    We received a report from one of our customers that when she tried to reset the password, she was directed to a page doesn’t exist.

    I also tried resetting the password with my account and the same happened. After receiving the Password Reset email, it worked fine BUT when I received this:
    “To reset your password, visit the following address:
    https://placeministries.org/password-reset/?key=Pt4XQ32bbCowfnfjL1aW&login=mjcnicolas“

    It directed me to nothing. That same situation happened to our customer.

    Upon checking the settings, Password Recovery Page is pointing to the right page where the [wppb-recover-password] shortcode is.

    Hi @mjcnicolas16,

    1. ​Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please provide the URL of the page where you have the Recover Password form (from where the users are soliciting the password reset)?
