Password Reset buggy

    Dear UM Team,

    Once i click on the reset-link within the received PW reset email form my page, the content underneath the headline stays empty.
    It just displays the Navigation, headline “password reset”, no content and then the footer of my page.

    It seems like the “set new password form” ist missing.
    …is the Link broken or is there another php file included in the reset process which could possibly be broken as well?

    Please help me 🙂

    Hi @sh0rt3y,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    It looks like a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I did a conflict test and found out the theme is causing the “password reset content” is not showing up.

    The problematic theme: vantage premium from siteOrigin

    What could be the next steps to solve the problem?
