Password Reset Doesn't work

Hi,

I forgot my password for one of my sites, and attempted to reset it by having it send me an email. I only have one email, so I don’t think its going anywhere else, but the email has not arrived. I’ve tried it several times.

I have another website with a different install of wordpress and I tried password reset on that website and it works immediately.

If the email has gotten corrupted or was entered incorrectly, how can I reset the password. Do I need to re-install wordpress?
