Password Reset Feature Stopped Working

    The password reset functionality has stopped working. When users click the reset link in there email it brings them to the site and displays a white page.

    Lots of users are having problems with this, any idea on what to do to get this fixed?

    Hello @p1tech,

    Are you using the latest version of Profile Builder ?

    Can you please follow the instructions from this post and run a plugin conflict check ?

    I can now verify after deactivating all plugins that they are not the issue. When you click on the recover password link in the email it brings you back to the site and has an empty page and load very strange.

    This is very frustrating. Willing to pay for someone to fix this.

    + Reinstalled the profile builder as well, it is the most recent version.
    + Disabled all plugins, still same result

    Maybe there is a way to fully reinstall the plugin?

    I’ve tried deleting and .olding it from FTP.
