Password Reset isn't working

    I can not update my WordPress to the 4.5.3 so I keep getting the “that key does not work” error message with a bug.

    I reviewed this link: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Resetting_Your_Password and am not able to access any of the back drop for my site. My only option is the email password reset.

    I have been trying now for 12 hours. I know my email address. I know my user name. Regardless, WordPress will NOT send me an email to reset my password.

    ww.wp.xz.cn sends me the email, but email reset for my website will not send.

    Could someone please look into why Worpdress isn’t sending emails? My email is not corrupt. I am getting email from everyone else just fine.

    Follow up for those with this issue:

    On a hunch, I checked my “banned addresses” through my email and realized ww.wp.xz.cn[my domain] was there. How the frick this got there is beyond me (I may have hit a ban command accidentally one day, I don’t know).

    If you are not getting reset password emails from WordPress, check your email settings for “banned addresses” and confirm wordpress isn’t there.
