Password Reset Issue

    Are you sure the new password doesn’t work? Or is this just feedback from users? About 99% of the time if everything is configured and working right, passwords not working falls into the category of “end user error”. If this is something that occurs some of the time, but not all of the time, that would be my first guess.

    If you are using a caching plugin, that can cause interference with some plugin functions, but I would only suspect that as in issue if all reset passwords were not working.

    Thanks for the info. In my testing today (on new registrations) we are getting the Failed Login message with the issued password.

    Would it be possible for me to email you the registration form or newly created credentials for you to give a test?
