• Hi,

    When a user is logged out and clicks the password reset link that is emailed to them, they get an ‘invalid key’ error.

    I’m using the latest version and the “new” method (both tickboxes unticked). I tried many things like look for conflicting plugins and read the documentation on the site extensively, but unfortunately to no avail.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    When you looked for conflicting plugins, does that mean you tested without any other plugins activated?

    Do you have a cache plugin installed? If so, it may be that the key value is being cached. One thing to check is whether you have a server-side cache application. Check with your host on this – specifically if Varnish is used, that would present a problem.
