password reset not working

I recently forgot my password for the admin of my website. I chose to have it reset and emailed to me. No email arrived. I checked spam and every folder I can think of and no email. Yet, it clearly states a password link was emailed to me. I have tried everything and nothing works. I even waited a period of time, thinking I may have been locked out and still nothing. Can anyone help me. There does not appear to be any way to talk to a support person at WP. Thanks for your help.
