Password Reset not working

    As a user, when I click on Forgot password link, it redirects me to forgot password page. Then I enter the email address on this page.
    I receive an email to reset the password. Then I click on the link sent on my email. I put the reset code. I put a new password here.
    Then when I click on change password on this page, nothing happens.
    The Password is not changed. Neither there is a success message nor does it redirect to any page.
    Neither the old password works nor the new.

    Kindly suggest a solution for this asap.
