Hello,
Sorry to read that you are experiencing an issue with the Forgot Password feature of the Front End Login module.
It sounds like there could be a conflict occurring with another plugin or setting causing the user to not be redirected to the password reset form.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Some plugins, such as “WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam,” can interfere with the password reset process. Try temporarily deactivating any plugins that might affect login or password reset functionality and see if the issue persists.
2. Caching Issues: Ensure that your login page is not cached. Cached pages can cause issues with password resets and logins. Check with your hosting provider to ensure server-side caching is not enabled for your login page.
3. WooCommerce Settings: If you are using WooCommerce, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup and check under the heading Account endpoints. In the Lost Password field, ensure there is no value set, or try clearing it and saving.
4. reCaptcha Conflicts: If you are using a separate reCaptcha plugin, it might be causing conflicts. Use the reCaptcha option included in the Uncanny Toolkit module instead.
5. Security Plugin Conflicts: If you have security plugins like iThemes Security Pro (now Solid Security Pro), they might be causing issues. Check the settings related to password requirements and adjust them if necessary.
Please try these suggestions and let us know if the issue is resolved. Thanks!
