Password Reset Not Working

Hello,

We are having issues with password reset.

Steps to recreate:

*Entered email address and clicked Reset Password button. It clears the email address and doesn’t give *me any message that anything happened.
*Received email
*Clicked on link in email

Unable to move past next screen – no option to reset password.

If you need access please let me know. If paid support is an option please advise there as well.

Hello and thank you. I have tried all the above with no success. Clicking the password reset link in the email gives me this screen https://snipboard.io/AbyUOV.jpg What are next steps?

Something in your current setup is causing this issue. No one else has reported this issue.

Did you carry out a plugin/ theme conflict test? Can you also check the log files in your server and our plugin logs file. The following documentation can help you set up the logs in our plugin.

Thank you kindly. I have done as requested. I am not getting any error logs in debug tool. I do see two errors in server log but I have no way of know if they belong to you. Is there a place we can take this private so I don’t divulge server information? The file GET error involves assetlinks.json as best I can tell.

I figured it out. A note to others that may be having this issue. Make sure that if you are running any kind of caching, exlude your pages related to logins and pw reset. This fixes the issue
