password reset problem

    Good morning staff,
    I am writing to ask for your assistance regarding a problem with reset password.

    If I use the link “lost password” a window asks me to enter my email then I click on “reset password”.
    I receive a link on my mailbox which will allow me to change the password. This link opens a login window instead of opening the change password window.
    If I copy and paste this link into the browser, it opens the correct window.

    If you would like us to create an administrator account for you, please do not hesitate to ask us.
