When I tried the “Password Strength Estimator” plugin from UM Extended 2.0.4 there were no issues in the Registration page.

1. Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors. Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

2. Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test.
