password strength meter issues

Seems that we’re getting weak password warnings frequently, even for fairly complex passwords.

Are there any options for making it less strict? For instance, a password like this:

555Barumf!

..was marked as very weak. Numbers, capital and punctuation which seems to be much stronger than something like plain words.

Thoughts?
