[password_url] does not work

    Just installed BNFW, and it seems it does the trick I want.
    Except;
    The email for New User Registration (with form: transactional > new user – post registration email) does not show the shortcode [password_url] nor the URL (so blank space); the shortcode [password_reset_link] only shows as text “[password_reset_link]” and no URL is shown.

    Checked on MacOS Mail, Spark, Gmail; iOS Spark, Gmail.

    I did not get so far as to make a second form.
    I searched this forum but found no useable threads for [password_url].

    Please help me out?
