pasted text screwed up

    I first copied and pasted a page of text from my other website and it came tiny, with a few bigger words that had been bold or italic before. The rows were too widely spaced. It was justified and without margins, going to both sides of the column.

    I started over, pasting into Word and editing and then into the desired page. The text was decent sized but now nothing was capitalized. First it was still justified, then suddenly changed to left orientation and the column is much narrower. Lots of wasted space and extra rows because of this. And some at the bottom, that on the first attempt made nice numbered points, now split the text into more points, and trying to correct made words outsized like the numbers.

    Have you tried pasting it into ‘text edit’? With word and notepad the text is formatted but I had the same issue before and when it was either written or copied to text edit the formatting was gone and everything looked great. Hope that helps!
