Pasting Process

I’ve pasted the following (bottom) into the “value” section of the custom field (FYI: I’ve changed the numbers in the source for obvious reasons). Then pasted the appropriate string within the page body.

Is this the appropriate method? What results is a mish-mash of video content and text.
